Sometimes you have to hit rock bottom before you find the strength you always knew you had inside. Please stay with it. I know it's long, but, in my opinion, well worth your time.

I can do anything 

I dream about, 

hope for, 

have faith in, 

and would love to do 

all because of you. 

Thank you for 

the highest highs 

and the lowest lows. 

Without them 

I wouldn't have found me. 

With them 

I can live again 

and know many things. 

I can look in the mirror 

and take the truth 

looking back at me. 

I AM lovable. 

I AM desirable. 

I AM human. 

I AM a treasure. 

I AM worthy. 

I AM loved.
