Can't Engage Neutral Gear Constant engagement of mind is essential. A
mind has to be engaged in a gear all the time. A mind in neutral gear 
for too long could be harmful and lead to senseless acts. The ancient 
Hindu sages used special breathing techniques to engage the mind. 
Recalling various Hindu deity names in thousand different ways does not 
lead to salvation but engage the mind. Chanting and singing hymns 
engage the mind. Devotional singing and attending places of worship 
keep the mind engaged. Reading all kind of material keep the mind 
engaged. Listening music, watch TV, movies and videos engage the mind. 
Indoor and outdoor activities engage the mind. If mind is left alone 
for too long without engaging then trouble starts.
