Open letter to one's spouse.

Dear heart hear these gentle whispers. 

Give my soul hope even just a glimmer. 

You are my heart, my love, my all. 

Please don't let these feelings lead to my fall. 

I give to you my life, my all. 

Near or far you're in my soul. 

I long to feel your tender kiss. 

When you are gone your touch I miss. 

Dear heart to you I do belong. 

You are the one I've waited for so long. 

Dear heart let our love be bonded with trust. 

Know that these feelings are more than just lust. 

Although we might argue and not see things eye-to-eye, 

Always remember that love never lies. 

Promise me that you won't take my love for granted. 

Make me feel that I'm needed and wanted. 

Hold me in your arms until I forget my fears. 

Ease my mind from worries and wipe these tears. 

Dear heart please love me as I love you. 

Remember and cherish that moment when we said "I do."
