Silent ripples run within my veins Like the eerie taste of mint in my mouth When your calm aura engulfs mine. My breath is in siege Like a rat in a python's strangulation When she locks her dear eyes on me My spirit leaps up high in a joyous dance Like a balloon cruising to deflation And now I lie back with ease Knowing my heart has an anchor Tweet
