Amy dreads going to her maths class. She hates the teacher so much that she can't wait till she leaves school. But is she rid of him for good? Only time will tell!

‘Your attitude isn't going to do you any good. You won't be able to get
a job unless you start talking to people a bit better.' 

‘Oh, you don't have to worry about me getting a job, Sir. My sister has
managed to get me a position where she works.' 

He looked at her surprised. She just loved the look that had suddenly
appeared on his face. She then began to walk away, giving him a wave as 
she did. 

Days later, Amy started her new job at the shop, where her sister
worked. She loved her first day. It was certainly better than double 
maths, and she was getting paid. She never got paid for going to 
school! 

On her second day, she made her way into the shop and got friendly with
this girl. She was so lovely. Amy got on well with her. She even 
invited her to tea that evening. 

Later, after finishing work, she headed home. Her new friend, who she
was going to visit, lived in the posh part of town, so she wanted to 
smarten herself up to make a good impression. 

After spending ages finding something decent to wear from her wardrobe,
she left the house and headed towards the bus stop. 

After getting off the bus, Amy followed the instructions that the girl
had given her. She soon found where she lived. And boy, she couldn't 
believe how nice it looked. 

Amy walked up the drive and rang the doorbell 

‘Oh, Hi,' Amy said once the girl had opened the door to her. ‘Come in.
My mum and dad haven't arrived home yet. They are still working.' 

They went into the kitchen and the girl made some coffee, and while
drinking the coffee, they heard someone opening the front door. 

‘That must be my mum,' the girl said to Amy. 

Her mum came into the living room and said hello. She was really nice.
The girl then got the tea ready. Her mum told her to put her dad's in 
the oven. He wasn't expected to arrive home for some time. 

But while eating their tea, a man walked into the room. Amy just gave
him one amazing stare, then picked up her coat and left the house as 
quickly as she could. 

The next morning when Amy got to work, the girl came up to her and said:


‘What was your problem last night?' 

‘Your dad, that's what the bloody problem was. You never told me he was
a teacher.' 

What's wrong with him being a teacher?' 

Amy never answered. She just turned around, left the shop and headed
towards the bus stop, got on the bus, took her seat and just hoped she 
never saw the maths teacher or his daughter ever again.
