Sometimes you get what you wish for....

Darkness has been a major part of my life. A part I am mortally
frightened off. I don't sleep till the sun comes up. I fear something 
will come and take away the one part of me which strengthens my 
resolve, my spirit. 

Everything around me which once was familiar has suddenly become
unrecognizable. I don't know where I am supposed to be, or even whom I 
am supposed to be with. I don't understand these fleeting emotions. 

The world is still, but I seem to be spinning. 

Why am I the one trapped in this storm? 

Not even 6 months ago, my thought process was shockingly different. How
did the girl whose only want was to get onto a plane and leave the 
country to go to any place, without a plan, without even knowing the 
language there, change? 

I tremble at those thoughts .The idea of moving to a city not even a two
hour plane ride away petrifies me. 

Maybe its because it can actually happen. It's not a desire; it's not a
dream. I can almost touch it. I can afford to reach out and grasp it. I 
just cant daydream and think one day I will do this. The clock has 
already started ticking. 

It scares me. Will I manage to stand by my own thoughts? 

I can feel the sea breeze on my face, the waves are whispering to me.
Calling me. They smiled at me as they saw me searching. And when I 
heard them singing, I knew then the search was over. I know where I 
belong... for now at least... 

My time has come. I have seen one phase of my life end, the one I
understood which I knew how to control. And now I have to step into the 
one place I am afraid of... 

The Unknown....
