Trust is a funny word. It means different things to different people.

Trust is a beautiful concept. 

It pays lip service to create a bond between friends and the world at
large. 

Trust is not needy. 

Nor is it kind. 

Trust comes with the test of time and faith. 

Trust is letting go of control of another person and situation. Just
knowing in your heart that you can count on someone to be there for you 
because they want to be.  Trust is free will through the school of hard 
knocks. It is knocking down the walls of fear and doubt. 

Trust is freedom. 

Trust is love. 

Trust is true acceptance. 

Because if you can't be yourself in this 

world of ours, trying to fit the mold of what 

others want us to be. 

Then, how do we know who we are, ourselves 

if we surrender our souls to the superficial 

needs of people who want one thing today 

and another tomorrow? 

Trust your gut instincts because it is 

always on target. 

Never betray a trust and be someone 

others can trust. 

What more can anyone want?
