This poem is something we all need sometimes.

Heed these words and hearken to me, there is something we all need, to
laugh, to play, to imagine, but most of all, to forgive and be 
thankful. 

There is time within you, where if a problem, you will fix, count to
three and skip six. 

We all have our moments, of anger, of sadness, of many things, but we
must always find time to forgive. 

We all have a hurt, We all have a pain, but in anger, what have we to
gain? 

Meditate on these words, what have you to gain?
