My Girl

Oh, that beauful sight I always dream of. 

Like a new born baby, or a singing dove. 

All I can think of is me and you. 

How our love would be pure and true. 

This time around will be the best. 

It will be better than all of the rest. 

I can’t walk away from your pretty face. 

I have to be around,  you and your grace. 

I’ll wait until time has given up on me. 

Cause you and I are meant to be. 

I hope this poem doesn’t make you walk away. 

All I want is you, every single day. 

Somtimes I sit and wonder why... 

Why I can’t just say goodbye. 

But then I realize it’s because of you. 

I hope you feel the same way too. 

Never again will I be the same. 

Touched by you, just hearing your name. 

You’ve changed me for the best. 

I am your host, and you are my guest. 

I’ll show you the way, and guide you through, 

You’ll always be happy, and never blue. 

Please give me this chance I ask. 

In your love, I will always bask. 

So remember, you  will always be on my mind. 

My love, and your happiness you will soon find.
