Thoughts on my own existence

Who Am I, you ask? 

To a world of individuals I am nothing but a number. 

I am one who knew nothing of Love until it lit upon my own heart. 

To be one of the lucky few to have experienced something so profound and
personal it altered the very course of my life. 

I am emotionally dismembered by my own humanity and depravity. 

Minced by my own actions, far more ashamed than any earthly expression
can say. 

Yet touched so delicately and deeply by an angel that I can't let go. 

Are we all like me? Or am I like everyone else? 

To the degree that we can forgive, we can't forget. 

Yet we are driven by what we feel. 

How incredible the soul. How pervasive our emotions. 

I have been graced by one person, one heart, one spirit. 

My need for her surpasses mere craving--it embraces starvation, the very
draining of life from within me without her. 

My angel weaves herself as would gentle silk within my heart, flowing
through all Four Chambers making it swell with pride and unconditional 
Love. 

When I have hurt her, I have all but killed myself. Ironic then, that
this completely unintended emotional suicide should affect the physical 
self so much. 

Who Am I? 

I am human... 

I cry... 

I hurt... 

I need... 

Deepest of all, I Love. 

Saved by my angel, and ripped asunder by myself. 

Prayer is powerful. So I pray to be forgiven by Her. I pray for the
warmth of my angel's Heart. 

I hope she won't let the four chambers of my heart slowly atrophy. 

Who am I, you ask? 

I am one of millions, who only has need for one. Without my One, I am
invisible, to the point of shadow on a cloudy day. 

I don't love to live, I live to Love. My heart is wantonly in love with
an angel. 

I love you, angel. 

You are my world... 

You are my souls fever... 

Who Am I, you ask? 

I am yours, or forever so much less.
