THIS IS THE FIRST OF TWO POEMS I WROTE THAT IM CURRENTLY MAKING INTO SONGS.

STRAY 

Let's get lost in those valleys 

So we can stay in those towns 

Still feel like we're home 

and holding something we know 

Let's go from that place 

that takes us apart 

and places our pieces 

from my end to the other 

I'll stray from those people 

I know and I'll miss them 

They'll probably think something 

I just hope they say nothing 

At least then there is hope 

A chance to live for just loving 

And i just might return 

to tell them I'm going 

In the end all you'll get from me 

is all the lies I've led before 

They brought me to this point 

and all the points that turn me back
