Love poem.

I wish I could say out loud 

That I didn't love you 

But you know I can't lie 

And I know it isn't true. 

I wish I could say out loud 

That I don't want you to move away 

But you are not asking me to go 

And I can't ask you to stay. 

I wish I could say out loud 

That I didn't want or miss your touch 

But you know I can't lie 

And I've never ached for something so much. 

I wish I could say out loud 

That I regret getting involved 

But you still aren't holding me 

And my issue isn't resolved. 

I wish I could say out loud 

That I'm better off without you 

But you know I can't lie 

And I still don't know what to do.
