A poem about suicide.

Cry For Help

Nobody knows,

no one sees,

exactly what is

inside me.

~

Everyone looks,

say they care.

But who

really dares

to see ME?

~

Notes written,

shakes begin.

Pills taken,

no fear within.

~

I've chosen to die

by my own hand.

I don't know if you can,

or care, to understand.

~

I have to do

this for myself.

I can't take

living on this shelf.

~

My heart is bruised,

my emotions shattered.

Please take my ashes

and, to the wind, scatter

them on Dad's grave.

For I no longer matter.
