Continuing Reflection of Karen's love. Karen thinks back to when she almost gave up her love

Every day I live I try my best to give all I have to you, thank the
stars above that we share this love me & you.." 

Riggs, Karen's dog climbed up on the couch beside her resting his big
paw on her lap.  His big brown eyes begging for her to pet him.  Karen 
rests her hand on his big old head and strokes him as he nestles down 
with his head on her lap.   Karen's mind drifts to the events that lead 
up to the first time he professed his feelings about her.. 

Lee and Karen kept in touch on occasion over the phone, emails, and
through an online instant message service.  They grew closer sharing 
more of  thier dreams, thier fears, thier hopes. They had exchanged 
photos of themselves. 

"OMG she declared to Josie the one day online as she was waiting for Lee
to come online. " I got the bonus plan,  he is gorgeous, I finally got 
his picture..... OMG WOW WOW WOW " 

As time progressed Karen's heart would soar higher each time he called
her, or when she found email from him.  "Oh god," she thought to 
herself, " I haven't even seen this man in person, and oh my god how 
can this be?  I think I am in love with this man"  Lee had been having 
the same thoughts as he logged in and found Karen online. 

Lee - Hi there sweetie 

Karen - Hi tiger 

Lee - How is your day going?  Mine is hectic as usual, getting
interrupted paperwork etc... 

Karen - Not to bad, just same old same old, lol 

Lee - Uhhhh Karen, I um.. 

Karen WHAT???? you what 

Lee - lol well mmmmm 

Karen -  Lee what is it , are you okay? are the kids okay?  Oh god you
are going back to your wife you reconcilled... karen's heart went to 
the floor as she prepared for the worst case scenerio 

Lee - Oh no no, Karen honey, not nothing like that... I just well.. I am
such a dud with words sometimes.  I just wanted to say I love you.....I 
mean like if anything ever happened to me, I well, I just didn't want 
you to ever wonder, 

Karen's mouth dropped, her heart raced, what seemed like a few seconds
went into a few minutes... 

Lee - Karen???? hellllloooo 

Karen - Oh god Lee, I love you too!!! I was afraid to say anything, I
didn't want to scare you off 

Lee - Honey you could never scare me off.  I was afraid to tell you
sooner but I have felt this way for a long time ((hug)) 

Karen - Me too Lee, me too 

Lee - Really?? 

Karen -  lol yes really. 

As the days moved forward as did Karen's and Lee's love for one another.
She would find poetry for her some silly, some written with intensity 
of his emotions. 

Karen smiles as she sits on the couch with Riggs beside her as she
recalls Lee's first poem to her. 

In the far off North there lives a lady who knows how to make a seagoat
crazy
