A fun day at the convention leaves a man caught with his pants down.

I am a doctor and was on call the day I visited the Star Trek
convention.  I brought my beeper with me so I would be available when 
needed.  Little did I know it was Fun Day. 

This particular day was a busy one.  There were people and aliens
everywhere.  Characters from every episode screened on television were 
found there that day. 

The main event was a large scale model of the Enterprize.  I just happen
to be having an interesting conversation with Warf and Spock about 
their ears near that main event. 

I had the unfortunite circumstance of being beeped during that
particular conversation.  Before I could reach my beeper to see if it 
was the hospital, Warf had me in a head lock and Spock had a hold of my 
pants.  Spock, with one yank pulled my drawers dowm and my pants were 
around my ankles.  There were flashes everywhere.  It was the 4th of 
July revisited.  The lights were spectacular. 

Little did I know, before anyone arrived for the event, people who set
up the Enterprize had decided to have a "Fun Day" for anyone who 
received a cell phone or beeper message come to them and that is why 
you don't carry a beeper at a Star Trek convention.
