the network.  The cold, machine network, and my soul, my heart, my

end-users....complete. Uploading to foreign routers and

seems to be limited to all computers connected directly to minor or 
major ISPs, worldwide.  As of the dump and deletion of core.exe on our

Moscow power grids, normal operation resumes.
