A husband's love song to his aging wife

I watch her ablutions from the glass 

a girl I married thirty years ago,who can still make me rise 

Now she sees me looking and her smile is in the lip tips 

the evidence of my affection not lost on her 

She enters our bed with a royal territorial perogative 

Her slim leg,tiny waist,high assed beauty,childbirthed modified 

and yet,her effect on me,is electric;hand,mouth or suction pump 

She continues to make me more man than I ever was 

with a fiction she is author of 

Bald,fat and farty; she seems not to notice the decay 

She still loves me,but,perhaps her knowing I will always love her 

is what has made me a man good enough to keep
