| A poem I written after my wife left me. | |||
Love? Hate boils, slumber toils, Heart's cold, life's sold. Love's fake, God's sake, Loathing lives, nothing gives. Someone close, someone near, Touch is icy, smile's a sneer. Eyes dead, love's fled, Empty consumes, hate resumes. False promises, affection gone, Love's lost, hate's won. Blind future, hope wrought, Truth gone, future naught. Love is a word. A word with no meaning. Meant for stories. But not for life. Tweet
