Civil War Soldier (standard:poetry, 44 words)
Author: Rosie DerricourtAdded: Aug 23 2005Views/Reads: 2613/0Story vote: 0.00 (0 votes)
Its basically a poem about a kid who is fighting a war against themselves.

I'm screaming out in pain,

But nobody listens,

And I march on,

Like a civil war soldier,

Yet this war does not take place,

In country, county or town,

But in the soul of a innocent child,

It was my soul all the while.
