Cycles of Love

Coming Full Circle 

~ 

Young woman, 

immature man, 

puppy dog love given 

to those who didn't care. 

Lonely woman, 

lone man, 

lonesome love 

to scared of the risks to dare. 

Strong woman, 

rugged man, 

intense love 

for those who bare 

their hearts. 

And volunteer to share 

their walls. 

~ 

One a lustful love. 

One about comfort. 

One the rarest of all above. 

One appeased the body, 

easy to get a hold of. 

One by material things, 

aside, easy to shove. 

One by the heart, 

the greatest earthly kind of love. 

~ 

Love explores everything. 

Over mountains and 

runs through streams. 

Even ice can't stop it. 

~ 

Lust destroys everything. 

Believe in it, 

veils conceal, 

everything is uprooted. 

Stands no chance. 

~ 

Weather the storm. 

Overcome the obstacles, 

let nothing stands in the way. 

Yield to the power of love. 

Or live a life of misery. 

Your choice.
