Yet another short poem.

Sitting by the window 

Waiting for you to come home 

Knowing better than to trouble myself 

Of a wish gone wrong 

Can't wish the dead back to life 

Can't change the paths through which we go 

But we learn from the mistakes we make 

From the choices that we choose 

We become better people 

We learn to live for what we love
